2017 has been a record-setting year for our organization. After this week, there are only 19 weeks left in the year so now is the time to FOCUS. Remember, FOCUS stands for Follow One Course Until Successful. Your Impact Activities in the next few months will determine how you finish 2017. Don’t let your lack of action Eclipse your opportunity to finish strong in 2017!
Today, I want to share two Impact Activities that can make a difference.
The first Impact Activity is your MEGA Open House marketing. Our next event is this Sunday, August 20th. Here are several specific activities you can do:
1. Now is the time to get your pre-event marketing underway. The pre-event and post-event marketing is the key to developing new relationships.
2. Get your MEGA Open House set up in the MLS services so your property can be included in our free Facebook advertising campaigns.
3. Remember to set up the Spacio Paperless Open House registration system so you can make the right first impression and automate your follow up campaigns.
4. Reach out to your HomeServices Lending Loan Officer to get flyers for the Second Opinion Program and the MEGA Open House $200 Closing Cost Incentive Cards. Remember, we are also running the Close for the Cause campaign where HS Lending will contribute $100 to the Sunshine Kids Foundation for every closing in September and October.
MEGA Open House Events have been a huge success for our associates this year. Our Zillow ads, Facebook ads, digital billboard campaigns and your local advertising have generated amazing results. Just ask Ivan Savant who broke his own record with 76 visitors to his last MEGA Open House event.

The HomePartners “Lease with a Right to Purchase” program is the second Impact Activity that we want to highlight today. Many of our associates have capitalized on rental opportunities and converted them to full commission transactions. The average rental commission for a $300,000 is approximately $420 and the average GCI for that HomePartners transaction is $9000. Even for a recovering CPA, that is pretty simple math to understand! You can also make a real difference in the lives of your clients who are able to take advantage of this unique path to home ownership.
