Last week, we were excited to launch the new Buyside solution for our associates, clients and prospects. Buyside will help us show our potential sellers the buyer activity as if their property was listed. This includes buyers traffic from many of our syndication websites including Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise website plus our local websites. We also show specific buyers searching where we already have their contact information so the listing agent can reverse prospect to those agents.
Buyside provides a Buyer Market Analysis that also includes a buyer heat map showing the most active areas for buyers searching plus modeling to show the buyer activity in different price points. The Buyer Market Analysis is a great tool to use in listing presentations.
The new Buyside solution will replace our previous home value estimates with a new framework. We will show 3 different sources of home value estimates with language that directs the consumer to our associates for the most accurate valuation. The Owner Portal provides an easy way for the seller to get valuation updates and see more useful information.
Buyside also provide the ability for our associates to enter their buyer profiles to network with our 1650 agents to look for a seller match. Of course, the contact information is confidential to protect the client relationship for our associate. This is perfect to low inventory areas where there are more buyers than sellers. The buyer – seller match system allows us to better network across our entire company instead of just sharing this information at local office sales meetings or blasting emails of new listings across the company. The buyer’s agent can even promote their buyer profile on social media to attract a direct seller to the opportunity to sell their property.
This Wednesday, June 21st is the first official day of summer. There are less than two weeks remaining in the first half of the year. Our real estate market is hot and we are seeing amazing success stories. Our Heat is On campaign to highlight our Family of Services is in full swing. HomeServices Lending, Weissman PC, H.S.A. Home Warranty and HomeServices Insurance are part of our family and offer exceptions financial services to benefit our associates and clients.
