Atlanta brokerage leader introduces new digital advertising network and drive times for mobile apps
ATLANTA, GA (June 4, 2014) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, today announced the introduction of a new digital advertising network including digital billboards, interactive kiosks, digital displays in gas stations, flat panel TVs, exclusive video books and online ads in Google and Facebook. This innovative network is the most comprehensive set of digital mediums being deployed by any real estate brokerage. The company plans to test and optimize these different solutions with the goal of delivering a competitive advantage to their associates and clients.
In addition, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is launching Drive Times & Walk Scores for their custom real estate Mobile App. This unique combination of solutions from Inrix and Walk Score allow consumers to choose the location of work, schools and other addresses and then search properties within different drives times of those locations. There is even an option to select the time of day to adjust for rush hour or off peak times. The first application is available immediately on the iPad mobile app and will soon be added to Android tablets and iPhones & Android smartphones. The mobile app is available for download on the iTunes store and Google Play store by search for BHHS Georgia Properties. You may also visit ATLMobileApp.com to download the mobile real estate app.
“Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has the resources to bring a new level of quality and innovation to real estate - and we are just getting started,” said Dan Forsman, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. “We are excited to make these announcements at the RETSO event which is one of the premiere real estate technology conferences in the nation.
”This new digital advertising network allows BHHS Georgia Properties to test different types of content and delivery options. Digital displays can be updated very quickly, even in real-time. The company will be testing listing feeds, creative advertisements and even video. Messaging can be localized based on the locations of the displays. The Interactive Kiosks come in several options with more in development. The storefront kiosk works behind a glass window and is perfect for retail locations such as the company’s new office coming soon to Vinings. The touch screen version is designed to work indoors and is much like an iPad experience. Additional options include outdoor displays that tolerate weather conditions and a table top version. The exclusive video books are custom designed and include a 7-inch video screen to play high-definition videos. The online advertising network includes paid ads and remarketing ads on Google, paid ads on Facebook, behavioral & geographic targeted ads plus banner ads on select websites.
“This digital advertising network is just the beginning of a whole new way to advertise real estate and drive leads to our listings,” said Tony Floyd, Chief Marketing Officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. “We are bringing the future a little early and learning how to best leverage these incredible new mediums. Drive Times and Walk Scores will be very popular with consumers in Atlanta who are concerned about commute times. Eventually these will be common for real estate searches. But our clients will get them first.”
These innovative solutions will be on display at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties booth at the RETSO event being held at the Cobb Galleria on June 4-5.
