I've had two excellent experiences working with Denise. Once as a first-time home buyer purchasing in a competitive seller's market and most recently as a seller in what is very much a buyer's market. I had such a great experience working with her as a buyer that I knew there was only one Realtor I wanted to call when it was time to sell my home. Denise is very in touch with the Atlanta real estate market and has several years of experience working in the area. I cannot recommend Denise highly enough to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. I certainly would have never been able to both buy and sell my home without her.

Denise was very professional and really stayed on top of things. I live in Chicago and decided early in 2022 it was time to sell my condo in Georgia, so she really was in charge of getting the place fixed up a bit. She coordinated with a reasonably priced contractor she knows and dealt with my touchy HOA board, in addition to being in frequent contact with the buyers agent and the lender to check on the progress. Denise listened to my concerns and was always understanding of them, but she also pushed me to do things that would get us a better deal than I thought possible. She was very patient and positive, even when we hit a rough patch in the sale. I highly recommend her for your Atlanta area real estate needs!

I wished this world had more people like Mrs Paul. She has literally fallen from the sky when I was desperately seeking a honest real estate agent to rent my properties. After 12 years of working with her, she has been the most loyal, honest, respectful, hard working, most patient, kind, professional I have ever encountered in my entire adult life. Denise did a wonderful job of selling our condo in Atlanta during COVID-19. She was very flexible, and adapted to the challenges of selling during the pandemic. She quickly put together a video of our unit and held virtual open houses on-line when she could not show them in person.
