Announces New Platform from zipLogix™
ATLANTA, GA (November 8, 2016) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is proud to announce the implementation of the zipForm® Plus solution from ZipLogix™. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties currently operates with 9 different MLS services. The new zipForm® Plus solution allows the company to provide a single forms solution to all associates. There are a variety of advantages including automation of form fields, inclusion and automation of company forms plus integration with RPR®, FMLS®, Georgia MLS and DocuSign®. The integration with DocuSign makes is very easy to get forms electronically signed and then moved into the DocuSign® Transaction Room for internal processing and compliance. zipForm® Plus also includes forms for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council which will dramatically simplify the work flow for agents serving corporate relocation clients. With zipForm® Plus, the entire transaction process is easier and completely paperless.
