At the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales convention in Las Vegas, we introduced the new 2019 marketing campaigns – including the cool new Cabernet Frame! At the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales convention in Las Vegas, we introduced the NEW 2019 ADVERTISING PROGRAM. The new campaigns build on our 4 personas – First Time Buyers, Expanding Families, Downsizers, and Luxury Buyers. For 2019, we are introducing a new collection of videos plus print and digital content. The campaigns will highlight the theme of “THAT’S HOME SERVICES” to focus on delivering a better real estate experience.
We also introduced the cool NEW “Cabernet Frame” design for ads. The frame will be a prominent symbol used to highlight and reinforce the benefits clients can expect when they work with our associates. It also reinforces our brand identity with the beautiful cabernet color. The frames are already available in the Marketing Resource Center and can be used right away!
Frames are sized for Facebook, Instagram feed and stories, plus YouTube videos. The frames are in PNG format with a transparent background so you can layer them on top of an image you want to highlight. You can easily accomplish this by using a free program called Canva (or similar programs) – or get assistance from your Agent Marketing Services representative.
Before you start using the frames, be sure to download the Cabernet Frame Guidelines available in Marketing Resource. Here’s what you need to keep in mind when using the cabernet frame:
■ Do not obscure key elements of a photograph with the frame, such as a person’s face or important architectural feature.
■ Do not place other design elements on top of the frame, such as a logo, network agent name, headshot, or other text.
■ When adding these types of graphic details, either include them inside the frame or reduce the size of the frame so they can be placed outside it – which is the preferred approach.
■ Never alter or distort the frame’s shape, and do not place it at an angle within your composition.
■ Avoid overuse of the Cabernet Frame; do not utilize it unless it enhances the subject matter of an image by focusing the viewer’s attention.
Here’s how to access the frames and guidelines:
Login to the BHHS Resource, then go to Marketing Resource.
On the homepage, you’ll see the 2019 Marketing Campaign materials. Click “See All” on the right to see everything that’s currently available…more will be added soon!
You will see the frames available and the Cabernet Frame Guidelines. There are also several videos already available that use the frame, so you can see how it’s being used. Be sure to watch those videos and start using them in your marketing, too!
