As you know, social media is a great way to stay connected with your prospects, clients, friends and family. The challenge is finding time to post regularly with content that is relevant to your audience. Today, we have great news! We are introducing the new Enterprise Edition of the Social Media REsource – powered by RISMedia, the leading media company in the real estate industry. Now, you can fully automate your social media for your Facebook business page, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. And, Agent Icon is a perfect complement for Instagram. The combination of the two provide the most comprehensive and efficient social media solutions in the industry.
Today, we will focus on the new enhancements for the Social Media Resource Enterprise Edition including:
- Unlimited and Automated Post Scheduling: You will now be able to schedule automated content any time, instead of just one day each week! You can also mix in manual posts if desired – so you have the best of both worlds.
- Automatic Listing Syndication: We will be connecting our own listing feed so you can automatically post your new listings. The prior version required a complicated set-up with a Homes.com account.
- Luxury Collection Branding: For Luxury Collection Specialists, you can now use black & white luxury branding versus cabernet branding.
- Website Link Flexibility: You will now be able to use your local website in your profile! In the prior version, this field was locked and pointed to your BHHS brand webpage.
Let’s get your account set up and ready to go! You will start by visiting your AgentHub, selecting Apps and then the REsource Center tile. Once you are on the BHHS REsource Center, you will see Social Media REsource.
Step 1: Make sure to update your Resource Center profile since Social Media Resource will pull most of your profile data from there. When people click on one of your Social Media REsource posts they will be directed to your branded landing page to see the full post which will include your profile photo and contact info. Note: If you are a Luxury Collection Specialist, this should be designated in your REsource Center profile. If so, your branding will be the black & white luxury theme.
Step 2: Select Profile in Social Media REsource. Then select “Website Link” and enter your desired website URL. Then click “Preview Landing Page” and you should see the change reflected.
Step 3: Next, select “Settings” and then “Social Media Connections.” You will see “Active or InActive” under each option. Just select “InActive” to get started. You will see the options to check the radio buttons for your post frequency. Then, follow the prompts to connect your Facebook business page, Twitter account or LinkedIn account. If you already have your social accounts activated, you can select the “Post Frequency” option under Settings to establish or change your post frequency.
Note: LinkedIn will require you to re-activate your account every 60 days and will show as “Broken” after 60 days. We expect Facebook to follow suit and require a re-activation every 90 days. This is to ensure security and privacy.
You can see your schedule content by select “Scheduled Content” on the left side navigation. For upcoming posts, you can edit, replace or delete. You can also select other “Exclusive Content” for additional posts that you can easily click and post. The “Website Postings” is for RSS feeds to automate posts to a blog. If you have a 3rd party blog, we can help you get this set up. Very soon, we will be introducing new options for WordPress blogs on our company websites and the RSS feeds can automate content posts for our blogs.
For listings, we will be adding our custom listing feed in late March. Once that is in place, you will be able to easily post your new or current listings to your social media accounts. We will communicate more details once that is ready to go live.
Last – but not least – you will have analytics and a visual dashboard so you can track the performance of your posts and make decisions our your strategy moving forward.
We are very excited to launch the new Enterprise Version of the Social Media REsource and further our strategic partnership with RISMedia. Our goal is to help you close more transactions and create a sustainable business that you can transition to family member or sell in the future. The Social Media REsource is a powerful platform that makes it easy to stay connected to your prospect and clients on social media. This is one more advantage to help you grow your business and have your Best Year Ever!
