Hello, I am Dan Forsman and welcome to Real Estate Redefined.
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday. We are now in December and the new year is just around the corner. The holiday season presents a great opportunity to connect with your sphere, neighbors, family and friends. Holiday party conversations always lead to the topic of real estate. Make sure you are ready with the latest facts and trends so you can be their trusted guide. We expect to see more listings hit the market in early 2020 as more homeowners downsize, expand their families, move up and buy their first home.
Today, I am excited to announce that we are launching our new real estate CRM platform to help you organize your contacts, stay more connected to your clients & prospects and increase your production. After careful consideration, we have chosen the Moxi Works real estate CRM as our strategic solution. We considered the Salesforce option but that platform is still in the early stages of development and just not ready for us to adopt. The Moxi Cloud is a fully integrated suite of solutions that were built specifically for real estate agents. The Moxi Engage CRM has the highest agent adoption rates for any CRM in our industry. This proven system is already being used by over 80 brokerages and 130,000 agents which represents more than 13% of the transactions in the U.S. I had the pleasure of attending the recent Moxi Works annual client conference in Seattle. The feedback, agent adoption and increases in production from other companies like Windermere, Long & Foster, Intero, Ebby Halliday and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff was exceptional. Windermere is a large brokerage in the pacific northwest with over 6500 agents. By leveraging the Moxi Works platform, they increased their production from an average of 9 transactions to over 14 transactions! No other brokerage in our market is using this powerful platform so YOU will have a unique advantage.
Our real estate CRM will allow you to organize your contacts into flexible groups such as subdivisions, networking groups, past clients or anything you prefer. You can assign contacts to as many groups as you desire and everything will sync with your contacts in Office 365, Gmail and your Reliance website. You will have a sales pipeline flow that shows the progression of a prospect across marketing, prospect, active and pending stages. Once the client is closed, you will be able to see your performance against your established goals. The MLS integration will pre-populate your listing, pending and closing data to make this easier. Each stage has Task Lists that you can customize to keep track of your activities.
In addition, we are launching the industry’s leading online presentation solution with a real-time interactive CMA that will help you win more listings! Moxi Present allows you to easily send a real-time CMA that will automatically update with the latest properties that are new to the market or change in status. You can even add a personal video as an intro. Agents using Moxi Present close 43% more transactions than others who do not. These powerful online presentations can be used for many other solutions such as a Buyer Tour with mapped directions, an Open House Tour, an Agent Caravan, local Market Reports, your Agent Sold Property History, plus sharing our Buyer and Seller Guides. It is very easy to load any type of presentation… so get your creative juices flowing on ways that you can take advantage!
We will also be introducing a new Agent Intranet with an updated modern design. This will include enhancing the global search by “smart tagging” more content so you simply search and find what you need. The new Intranet will be implemented in 2 phases so we can deliver this faster.
Here is our implementation plan. This week, we will start by training our Managers and staff on the Online Presentation solution – Moxi Present. Next week, we will train a group of Early Adopter. We will formally launch Moxi Present and Phase 1 of our new Agent Intranet to all Associates on December 16th – just in time for Christmas and Hanukkah! At the same time, we will provide guidance and resources to help you start organizing your contacts to be ready for our new real estate CRM. It is important to start with an accurate database foundation including contacts in your email and smartphone. The week of January 13th, we will train our Managers, Staff and Early Adopters on our new real estate CRM. Then we will launch to all Associates at our 2020 Vision Kickoff on January 30th. Phase 2 of our Agent Intranet will come next in early March.
