I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend. The weather has turned milder and the beautiful fall season officially starts on September 22nd. We now have only 16 weeks left in the year. Every day in September and October will make a difference on how you finish the year. To help supercharge your business, we are kicking off our FALL FOCUS campaign. There are thousands of consumers in our market that need your expertise and help to make the best real estate decisions. The FALL FOCUS consists of contests, promotions and Impact Activities to help you connect with these consumers and turn them into happy clients.
Our new TeamBuilder contest rewards the sponsoring agent and the sponsored agent with swag bags loaded with BHHS branded goodies. There will also be 4 grand prize winners each month who will receive an Amazon Echo Show. This is the cool new Alexa device with the display screen.

Impact Activities in September and October are the key to finishing strong in 2017. The MEGA SURGE is organized around our MEGA Open House events on September 17th and October 15th. The first MEGA SURGE Impact Activities start on Thursday, September 7th. Look for a daily video explaining the Impact Activity and make sure to keep your score card. We will also award a $1000 Sweepstakes prize that will be selected from hosting agents using Spacio.
HomeServices Lending is helping with several innovative programs. The Second Opinion program continues to be a huge success with an 84% success rate. Combined with a 97% satisfaction rate, the Second Opinion makes this a compelling option for every potential client. HomeServices Lending just introduced a new $500 Closing Cost Credit for loan applications in September. See your local Loan Officer for details. HomeServices Lending is also helping us support the Sunshine Kids with the Close for a Cause program that includes a $100 donation for every loan closed in September and October.
Our Real Estate Innovation Council subgroup for social media has kicked off the #CabernetGiveAway. Just post a photo of anything with our company logo or colors. Be sure to use the hashtag #CabernetGiveAway. There will be a weekly drawing to award a $50 gas card in partnership with one of our Family of Services partners.
