This innovative campaign was promoted with a significant multi-channel advertising program including print magazine, digital advertising, billboards and exclusive luxury events. Since that introduction, our company has gained more market share than any other brokerage for homes closed above $500,000 and homes closed above $1 million.
Our new campaign "Luxury Is In The Details" was launched in the spring of 2016. This was developed in cooperation with SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design). The campaign has a fresh look and is complemented by additional components that engage the five senses. Buying luxury real estate is an emotional process and this innovative approach is designed to make the "experience" more memorable.
